Aircraft Sheet-Metal Worker / Riveter

Do you enjoy working with sheet metal, making precise parts and seeing a structure that will carry people through the air take shape in your hands?

Kunovice, Czech Republic Full-time

We are looking for a colleague for the production and assembly of sheet-metal structural parts. You will be responsible for making and joining the airframe parts that form the basis of every Bristell aircraft.

What you will do

  • Producing sheet-metal parts to drawings — layout, cutting, bending, forming
  • Riveting with solid and blind rivets, joining structural parts
  • Working with aluminium alloys and composite materials
  • Checking the quality of joints, dimensions and conformity with technical documentation
  • Cooperating with the production team on assembling aircraft sections

What we expect

  • Apprenticeship in sheet-metal work, metalworking or engineering
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to work to precise dimensions
  • Ability to read technical drawings and work to specifications
  • Basic English for working with documentation
  • An advantage: experience with aircraft sheet metal, riveting or automotive production
  • Diligence, patience, an eye for detail and quality
