This form is not intended for reporting incidents/accidents occurring during ground and flight operations of aircraft — see Occurrence Reporting.

This form is used to report findings or other identified hazards that could result in potential risks to the airworthiness of BRM AERO products. The BRM Design Organisation evaluates submissions and implements corrective actions in line with Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 Safety Management System standards.
