Every morning in Kunovice, an aircraft is born in our hall. We are BRM AERO, the Czech manufacturer of Bristell sport aircraft — from design drawings and wings to the final paint and the test flight. Modern technology meets honest craft. Every rivet, every screw matters. When the aircraft lifts off, you know a piece of you flies with it. Founders Milan and Martin Bříštěla are on the floor every day. At Bristell there is no complicated sign-off — you talk directly to the people who built the brand from its first prototype. We believe a good company stands on people, not hierarchy, and that great ideas are born between the drawing board and the hangar.
Here you do not assemble parts on a line — you build a complete aircraft from more than 7,000 components, most of them made in-house. From the first metal pressing through wing assembly to the test flight. Every day you see your work take shape, sound and wings — literally.
You build aircraft — and after a year with us you have the chance to earn your pilot licence right here at the company. Straight from the production hall into the cockpit.
