Aircraft Mechanic — Final Assembly
Do you want to be there when individual parts come together into a complete aircraft — from the first bolt to the moment it first takes off?
We are looking for a colleague for final assembly, responsible for the precise assembly of aircraft according to the design drawings. Your hands will build a machine that will fly for decades.
What you will do
- Assembling the complete aircraft — from wings and airframe to engine, propeller and powerplant installation
- Connecting all systems — fuel, hydraulic, electrical installations and avionics
- Final pre-flight preparation — checking conformity with drawings, functional tests and cooperation with test pilots
What we expect
- Apprenticeship or secondary technical education (mechanical / aviation an advantage)
- Manual dexterity and technical thinking
- Ability to read technical drawings and work to instructions
- Basic English for working with documentation
- An advantage: experience from assembly, automotive production or engineering
- Diligence, precision, teamwork and a willingness to learn
What we offer
- The chance to see the result of your work every day — from the first part to a flying aircraft
- Training in assembly procedures, tools and Bristell specifics
- Work in a modern, air-conditioned hangar with quality equipment
- A stable Czech company producing 110+ aircraft a year
- Fair pay and room for professional growth
Why this could be the job for you
- You build something meaningful and beautiful — every aircraft has its story
- Hands-on work with modern technology and a visible result
- You learn across disciplines — mechanics, electrics, composites, avionics
- You are part of a team where your work is valued and seen
- Room to grow
